Leads are provided on an 'as is' basis and are non refundable, except to the extent outlined under our section entitled "Refund Policy".
Leads containing obviously false information will be credited at the discretion of Pre-approved.com.au.
Any breach of these terms of use is grounds for immediate termination of subscription and further legal action against the offender.

Refund Policy
A refund of credits will only be considered if, at the time of purchasing the lead, the specific buyer has entered into an official Contract of Sale for a property and has failed to notify pre-approved.com.au of this fact prior to the sale of the lead. Pre-approved.com.au shall make its own enquiries into any request for refund, and if approved, shall provide reimbursement by way of an account credit within 7 days of the member’s request. Pre-approved.com.au shall make every effort possible to ensure that the leads provided are of the highest quality, but cannot be held responsible for failure on the part of the client for timeous notification of the removal of their details from the pre-approved.com.au website. Any requests for refund should include the member contact details, details of the lead purchased and an explanation as to why a refund is being sought. This can be e-mailed to enquiries@pre-approved.com.au and will be given priority service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pre-approved.com.au is not liable for loss, damage or liability arising from errors, omissions, inaccuracies or any misleading or out of date information to you or any other person arising directly from using this website or any link attached to this site.
