FAQ For Lenders & Brokers
What benefit is there for me to have my clients listed on pre-approved.com.au?
As a free additional service to your clients, pre-approved.com.au greatly increases the chances of your client finding the property they want, thereby significantly increasing the chances of your pre-approval progressing to settlement. By listing your client's property search criteria on pre-approved.com.au, you're effectively providing them with exposure to a broad network of professional sales agents, all working towards finding your client the right property.
In addition, as the broker/lender providing the listings, you will also receive significant exposure to real estate agents and other property professionals in your area by having your company details displayed on the listing, thereby building your own personal or company profile within your local real estate market. Should your listing provide the agent with a settlement, the agent will pay you a one-off Referral Fee (see Terms of Use for more details).
Am I still able to provide my local referrers with pre-approved leads?
Absolutely. Listing your pre-approvals on the site does not preclude you from forwarding the same lead to your own referrers. It is in the client's best interests to gain exposure to a broad network of real estate professionals in their chosen area/s, since not all agents conjunct with one another.
Are there any costs involved?
No. The service is entirely free for both clients and lenders/brokers.
What do I need to do to have my clients' details listed on the site?
Simply have your client fill in the form provided by pre-approved.com.au and fax or e-mail the details to us. We will list your clients' property search criteria on our site within 48 hours of receiving the form. Provide your name, company details and logo in the space provided on the form and you and/or your company will benefit from the exposure received as having provided the listing.
Will my client be inundated with Real Estate Agents marketing unsuitable properties to them?
It is unlikely that your client will receive property listings that do not match their search criteria. A fee is payable by the agent in order to market directly to the client therefore they would be wasting their time and money by forwarding listings that would not result in a potential sale for them. There is no benefit to an agent sending the client a listing if it does not match all or most of their search criteria.
How do we get a listing taken off the site or search criteria amended?
Simply have the client or yourself contact us with the amendment and we will action it within 24 hours.
Does the listing get removed automatically?
Two weeks prior to the pre-approval time elapsing (as noted on the form) the listing will automatically be removed. It can also be removed at any time prior by notification from the client or the lender. To re-list the pre-approval a new form will need to be submitted with new details.
