Brokers/Lenders
Listing your pre-approved client's property search criteria is simple.
To lodge a pre-approval, simply click on ‘Submit a New Listing' below. Enter the client's property search criteria and forward the completed form to our admin staff either online, or manually via fax. For future convenience, we recommend saving a copy of the listing form to your computer for easy access.
Mortgage Brokers and Lenders are not required to sign up for pre-approved.com.au membership. However if you are a broker, you will need to have either an MFAA or FBAA accreditation.
Listings will include the profile of the broker or lender who submitted it, along with a personal photo or company logo. To upload your image, please click on 'Submit a New Listing' below or email your logo, along with your Pre-Approved Buyer Listing Form to listings@pre-approved.com.au. Your image only needs to be submitted once and will appear with each listing. These details are provided to the agent so that a working relationship can be formed between the parties and a Referral Fee can be paid where applicable.
